World of Warcraft: Burning Crusade Classic Announces Launch In Sixth Month

The first expansion for World of Warcraft will return in a redesigned edition next month, Blizzard announced.

Despite the fact that Blizzard's games are losing active players and subscribers, the launch of the WoW Classic at least briefly gave nostalgics cause to remember the iconic MMO game as it looked about 15 years ago. It could be said that the WoW Classic was successful, so Blizzard will do the same thing again with the first expansion – The Burning Crusade.

The Burning Crusade Classic will be launched at midnight on 2. 6. and will bring everything brought about by the original expansion – new races, higher level cap, additional zones, etc. Expansion will be available to all Classic subscribers, at no extra charge, but those who want to continue playing Classic without TB from the 18. 5. will have the option to separate themselves from the rest.

In case players with the same character want to continue on separate servers for the WoW Classic and for the TBC Classic, they have the option of cloning the character. The only thing is that the same is paid – 35 US dollars per character. A lot of players didn't sit well with this. While most agree that something needs to be paid for such a service because it is optional, they also consider $35 too much to usually clone a character.
