Astronomical investments of large Crypto-Miners

The value of cryptocurrencies has been increasing lately, and accordingly the need for quality mining equipment has increased. Nvidia  already had problems during 2018. Since she did not react to the use of gaming equipment for mining, she is now under pressure not to make the same mistake and leave the gamers in the lurch, which is why she announced video cards for the miners. It appears that it has already found at least one buyer for cryptocurrency Mining Processor (CMP), and it is a client that is more than sufficient.

At issue is that private equity firm Hut 8 Mining Corp has ordered 18,000 units, which will get 1,600 Gigahash (Depending on which algorithm uses the cryptocurrency in most cases, the miners with video cards are because their speed per second of H/s is much higher than the processor. This is called hasha rate and can be expressed in megahash, gigahash and terahash per second – MH/s, GH/s, TH/s). It is one of the leading companies when it comes to cryptocurrency mining, and it focuses on Bitcoin. Business is progressing, first because the current value of Bitcoin is nearly $60,000.

In early 2021, Nvidia announced that it would be re-adhesing its 2021 world published earnings for the last quarter of 2020. In 2014, it could be read that it reached $5 billion, a major improvement over earnings of just over $3 billion from 2019. It is estimated that between $100m and $300m came from the sale of equipment used to mine cryptocurrencies. That is why a new line of NVIDIA CMP mining processors has been announced. The line's first-quarter earnings are expected to be about $15m, and the product will primarily be sold to wholesale companies and individuals, so-called "industrial miners".

Hut 8 new graphics cards will not be used for bitcoin mining, however, since this currency has been miners for some time with the help of ASICs – Application Specific Integrated Circuits (The Integrated Specific Circuit, or ASIC is an integrated circuit tailored to a special purpose instead of general use – for example, a chip designed to work in a digital dictaphone or a bitcoin mining chip), but for mining Ethereum. Delivery of the ordered units, for which $30m has been allocated, is expected to begin in May and is expected to reduce the impact of mining on the video card market, as gaming has been suffering due to shortages for some time.
